Qigong Therapy - Combines Acupressure and Energy Transmission for specific health problems.
Meta Acupuncture - This is an ancient form of acupuncture where energy is transmitted
to acupuncture points without using needles, to promote health and healing.
Qigong Foot Therapy - Combines acupressure massage and energy transmission to specific
points on the foot. It may be used for stress management and treatment for diseases.
Jade Therapy -The Precious Jade Stone is used to massage the back and transmitt energy to acupuncture points.
Pi Gu Qigong Food Therapy and Weight Loss -This program uses Qigong energy transmission to control appetite and promote weight loss.
Long Distance Qi-Transmission -This therapy is used to treat pain,

Workshop Description
This certification workshop is designed to train health educators and other professionals in the wholistic approach to stress managment and how to teach, direct, facilitate presentations/workshops
at their worksites or in their community settings. The focus of this workshop is wholistic-honoring the integregation, balance and harmony of mind, body and spirit for optimum well-being.
The workshop will cover wholistic stress management, prevention and intervention approaches for children/youth and adults.
The purpose of this workshop is to: 1) gain a sound background in wholistic approaches to stress levels, 2) share a variety of effective relaxation
techniques which will include, but not limited to, deep breathing, pressure points, positive thinking, affirmation, visualization, muscle tension and relaxation, color sensitivity, Qi Chong/Tai Chi
and Yoga, biofeedback, music and aromatherapy, 3) increase one's ability to train on anger and conflict management and trigger points and diffussion techniques, and 4) refine excellent training
skills in which to share this knowledge most effectively in a variety of settings. 1.6 CEU's

If traveling 285N, take Cascade Exit (#5), turn right.
If traveling 285S, take Cascade Exit and turn left.
You will pass Kroger's on the left. Continue for about
1.0 mile to Willis Mill Road and make a left turn.
Continue to second stop sign and you will see the Hoosier
United Methodist Church Building upstairs.
Parking is available in the rear of the Church.
Follow the signs upstairs to WSCI offices.
From 1-20W
Take I-20W to Cascade and Langhorn Exit(#8)and turn left.
Go down two lights and make a right on to Ralph D. Abernathy
which turns into Cascade Rd. Proceed about 2.5 miles
and fork off to your right onto Benjamim E. Mays Drive.
(you will see Providence Methodist Church; fire station)
Travel until you see Hoosier United Methodist Church on
the right hand side. WSCI is located in the Hoosier
Church Building upstairs. Parking is available in the
rear of the Church.
Follow signs upstairs to WSCI.
Traveling Using Train and/or Bus.
If traveling on the train going East, West or North bound transfer at Five Points Station to the South bound train going towards the
Airport. Get off at West End train station and go down stairs and take the #71 Cascade (bus).
CROSSING. Ask the bus driver to let you off at Providence Church on the corner of Cascade Road and Benjamin E. Mays Drive. Walk
about 1/4 of a mile down Benjamin E. Mays Drive towards Hoosier United Methodist Church on the corner of Willis Mill Road and Benjamin E. Mays Drive.
